Terms of Service

These terms govern how Yanshur works: what we do as a marketplace, what customers and publishers each commit to, and what happens when an order does not go to plan. Written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

Last updated: 1 August 2026
We are the marketplace

Yanshur connects you with independent publishers and manages the order. We do not own the websites we list.

Publishers keep editorial control

A publisher can reject an article that breaks its editorial guidelines, and timelines vary from one outlet to another.

No ranking promises

We guarantee the placement described in your order. Nobody can guarantee a search ranking, and we do not pretend to.

01 — Introduction

Introduction

Yanshur is an online marketplace that connects advertisers, SEO agencies, and businesses with verified publishers of Arabic news websites and blogs, for the purchase of guest posts and sponsored articles.

Our role is to run the marketplace: we vet publishers, list their websites and prices, take your order and payment, pass your article to the publisher, track the placement, and return the live link. We are not the publisher of your content, and we do not own or control the websites listed here.

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and [Registered entity], operating as Yanshur, covering your use of yanshur.com and every order placed through it.

02 — Definitions

Definitions

These words carry a specific meaning throughout this document.

Term Meaning
Platform The Yanshur website, marketplace, and account area at yanshur.com.
Customer Any person or business that places an order for a placement.
Publisher The independent owner or operator of a website listed on the marketplace.
Placement The publication of an article on a publisher’s website under the terms of an order.
Order A confirmed purchase of one or more placements, including the article, links, and instructions attached to it.
Content Any article, text, image, file, or link a customer submits for publication.
Live link The public URL of the published article, delivered to the customer on completion.
Editorial guidelines The publishing conditions set by an individual publisher, shown on its listing.
03 — Acceptance

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or listing a website on Yanshur, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy, which together form one agreement.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you are acting for a company or a client, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and “you” then means both you and that organisation.

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the platform.

04 — Accounts

User Accounts

Most of what Yanshur does requires an account. When you open one, you agree to:

  • Give accurate registration and billing details, and keep them current.
  • Keep your password confidential and not share your login with others.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Accept responsibility for everything done through your account, including orders placed by staff or contractors you have given access to.

One account per person or business. Accounts may not be sold or transferred without our written consent. You may close your account at any time; closing it does not cancel orders already in progress or refund amounts already due.

05 — Marketplace

Marketplace Rules

Yanshur acts as an intermediary between customers and publishers. We are not a party to the editorial relationship between you and a publisher, and we are not an advertising agency acting on your behalf.

  • Listings show the publisher’s website, audience metrics, price, turnaround, and publishing conditions as supplied by the publisher and checked by us at the time of listing.
  • Third-party metrics such as domain authority or traffic estimates come from external tools, change over time, and are indicative rather than guaranteed.
  • Prices and availability can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed.
  • Publishers may pause or withdraw a listing at any time. Where that affects a paid order, we offer a comparable alternative or a refund.
  • Contacting a publisher outside the platform in order to bypass it, for an order that originated here, is a breach of these terms.
06 — Ordering

Ordering Process

Every order follows the same path, and you can see where yours stands at any time in your account.

  1. You choose a publisher and package, then check out and pay.
  2. You submit your article, or request our writing service, along with your target URLs, anchor texts, and instructions.
  3. We review the submission against the publisher’s editorial guidelines and come back to you if something needs changing.
  4. The publisher reviews the article and either accepts it or asks for revisions.
  5. The article is published and the live link is delivered to your account and by email.

An order is only accepted once payment has cleared and we confirm it. Until then, a checkout in progress is an offer, not a contract. Timelines are estimates given by each publisher; they vary by outlet and can be affected by editorial calendars, holidays, and news cycles.

07 — Payment

Payment Terms

  • Orders are paid in full at checkout unless we have agreed different terms with you in writing.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers. Yanshur never stores your card details — see the Privacy Policy.
  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude any taxes that your own jurisdiction may impose on you.
  • Bank charges, currency conversion costs, and payment provider fees on your side are yours to bear.
  • Invoices are issued to the billing details on your account, so keep them accurate.
  • Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may lead to suspension while the dispute is investigated.

Publisher payouts are made under the separate agreement between Yanshur and each publisher, after the placement is confirmed and any review period has passed.

08 — Publishers

Publisher Responsibilities

A publisher listing a website on Yanshur commits to the following:

  • Own or be authorised to publish on the website listed, and be able to prove it.
  • Describe the website accurately — its traffic, audience, categories, and conditions — and update the listing when they change.
  • Set clear prices and publishing conditions, and honour those shown at the time of an order.
  • Review submitted articles within the stated turnaround, and explain any rejection with reference to the editorial guidelines.
  • Publish approved content in the agreed format, with the agreed links and attributes, on a live and indexable page.
  • Keep published articles online in line with the Permanent Article Policy.
  • Not demand additional payment outside the platform for an order placed through it.
  • Use customer content only to fulfil the order, and not resell, republish elsewhere, or share it.

Repeated failure to meet these commitments can lead to removal from the marketplace and withholding of payouts for affected orders.

09 — Customers

Customer Responsibilities

  • Submit content you own or have full permission to publish, including images.
  • Make sure your content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
  • Provide target URLs that lead to working, lawful pages.
  • Respect the publisher’s editorial guidelines, which are shown on its listing before you buy.
  • Respond to revision requests within a reasonable time so the order can move forward.
  • Do not attempt to alter, inject, or add links to an article after approval.

If an order stalls because content has not been submitted or a revision request has gone unanswered for 30 days, we may close it as fulfilled on our side. We will remind you before that happens.

10 — Submissions

Content Submission Policy

You can supply your own article or ask us to write it. Either way, the content must be ready for a real newsroom.

  • Original — not published elsewhere, and not spun or duplicated from existing pages.
  • Complete — a finished article with a title, body, and any images you want included.
  • Properly licensed — you must hold the rights to every image and quotation you submit.
  • Correctly formatted — plain text, a document file, or the fields provided at checkout; no embedded scripts, iframes, or tracking pixels.
  • Accurate about links — target URLs and anchor texts specified clearly and in full.

Content that arrives incomplete or in an unusable format will be returned to you before it reaches the publisher. Where you order our writing service, you get one round of revisions on the draft before it is submitted, unless your package states otherwise.

11 — Editorial

Editorial Rights

Publishers are independent newsrooms, and they keep editorial control over what appears on their websites.

i

A publisher may reject an article that violates its editorial guidelines, or ask for changes before it will publish. This is normal, and it is what makes a placement on a real outlet worth more than a link on a network site.

A publisher may also make minor edits for style, grammar, formatting, headline conventions, or house rules on disclosure labelling, without changing the substance of your article or removing the agreed links.

If an article is rejected outright, we will tell you why and offer you the choice of revising it, moving the order to a comparable publisher, or requesting a refund under the Refund Policy.

12 — Requirements

Guest Post Requirements

Unless a listing states otherwise, articles are expected to meet these baseline requirements:

  • Written in the language stated on the publisher’s listing, at native quality.
  • Relevant to the publisher’s audience and to a category it actually covers.
  • Within the word count range shown on the listing.
  • Within the number of external links allowed by the listing.
  • Free of defamatory statements, unverified claims about identifiable people or companies, and unlawful material.
  • Compliant with any disclosure label the publisher applies to commercial content.

Individual publishers may add stricter conditions — banned industries, mandatory author bios, image specifications. Those conditions appear on the listing and take precedence over this general list.

13 — Links

Link Policies

The link attribute applied to your article is set by the publisher and stated on its listing. Check it before you order, because it is part of what you are buying.

Attribute What it means
Dofollow A standard link with no restricting attribute. Offered where the publisher’s own policy allows it.
Nofollow Carries rel=”nofollow”. Some outlets apply this to all outbound commercial links as a matter of policy.
Sponsored Carries rel=”sponsored”, the attribute search engines expect on paid placements. Some publishers apply it site-wide.

We deliver the attribute that the listing promised at the time of your order. If a publisher later changes its site-wide policy and alters an existing link, we will tell you and work with you on a remedy, but we cannot dictate a publisher’s editorial or compliance decisions.

!

Yanshur does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, indexation, or any specific SEO outcome. We guarantee the placement described in your order. What a search engine does with it is outside anyone’s control, and any provider who promises otherwise is not being straight with you.

14 — Permanence

Permanent Article Policy

Placements bought through Yanshur are intended to be permanent. Publishers commit to keeping approved articles live and accessible at the delivered URL, with the agreed links intact.

An article may still come down in circumstances no one controls: a legal demand or court order, a rights complaint, a factual correction, a site migration, or the closure of the website itself. Where a publisher removes an article without a legitimate reason, contact us — we will pursue restoration or, where that fails, a replacement placement or refund.

Permanence covers the article we placed. It does not extend to edits you request later, to redesigns that change URL structures, or to the publisher’s decision to reorganise its archive, provided the article stays reachable.

15 — Cancellation

Order Cancellation

Stage Can it be cancelled?
Before submission Yes — full refund, as no work has started.
In review with us Yes — refund less any writing work already delivered.
Sent to the publisher Only if the publisher has not yet scheduled or published it. We will ask.
Published No — the service has been delivered. Issues are handled under the Refund Policy.

Yanshur may also cancel an order: if a publisher becomes unavailable, if the content breaches these terms, or if a payment is flagged as fraudulent. Where we cancel for a reason that is not your fault, you get a full refund or a comparable alternative placement, whichever you prefer.

16 — Refunds

Refund Policy Summary

The full terms live in the Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement. In short:

  • A refund may be approved when the service was not delivered as described, the published content does not match the agreed requirements, the publisher cannot complete the order and no suitable replacement exists, Yanshur cancels before publication, or the delivered links do not meet the confirmed specifications.
  • Requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the live links being delivered.
  • Requests are made from your account, under My Account → Orders, using the refund action on the order.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Where a summary and the Refund Policy disagree, the Refund Policy governs.

17 — IP

Intellectual Property

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you submit. By submitting it, you grant Yanshur and the publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, adapt for editorial purposes, and publish that content as needed to deliver and keep the placement live.

You confirm that you hold the rights to grant that licence, and that your content does not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Our platform

The Yanshur name, logo, interface, publisher index, and written material on this site belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute the marketplace listings or metrics, or build a competing index from them.

Publisher property

Each publisher’s website, brand, and archive remain its own. Nothing in an order transfers ownership of, or control over, any part of a publisher’s site.

18 — Prohibited

Prohibited Content

Some content will not be accepted regardless of the publisher or the price offered:

  • Anything unlawful under the law of Egypt or of the publisher’s jurisdiction.
  • Adult content, escort services, and sexual material.
  • Illegal drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, and stolen data or credentials.
  • Malware, phishing, hacking services, and links to harmful downloads.
  • Financial fraud, pyramid and Ponzi schemes, and “guaranteed returns” investment offers.
  • Hate speech, incitement to violence, and harassment of individuals or groups.
  • Defamatory or unverified claims about identifiable people or companies.
  • Medical or health claims that are false or dangerous.
  • Plagiarised, auto-generated, or spun material submitted as original work.
  • Content that misrepresents its origin, or that is designed to manipulate a publisher’s site.

Gambling, crypto, pharmaceuticals, and similar regulated sectors are accepted only where a publisher’s listing explicitly allows them. Orders carrying prohibited content are cancelled without refund, and repeat attempts end the account.

19 — Liability

Limitation of Liability

The platform and its services are provided as described in your order. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yanshur is not liable for:

  • Search rankings, traffic, conversions, indexation, or any commercial result you hoped a placement would produce.
  • Actions taken by a search engine against your website or the publisher’s.
  • A publisher’s independent editorial decisions, or the accuracy of third-party metrics shown on a listing.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue, or business opportunity.
  • Interruptions caused by hosting, network, or third-party service failures outside our control.

Where we are found liable, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that the claim relates to. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

20 — Publishers

Third-Party Publisher Disclaimer

Publishers listed on Yanshur are independent third parties. They are not our employees, agents, or partners, and we do not own, operate, or control their websites.

We vet every publisher before listing it and monitor performance afterwards, but a publisher’s own content, advertising, comment sections, technical decisions, and business conduct are its own. Yanshur is not responsible for material published on a publisher’s website other than the article delivered under your order.

If a publisher fails to deliver what your order promised, that is squarely our problem to solve — tell us and we will resolve it under these terms and the Refund Policy.

21 — Suspension

Account Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that:

  • Breaches these terms, including the prohibited content rules.
  • Submits fraudulent payment details or raises bad-faith chargebacks.
  • Attempts to bypass the platform to deal with a publisher directly on an order that started here.
  • Scrapes the marketplace or abuses the platform technically.
  • Is used to harass staff, publishers, or other customers.
  • Repeatedly submits content that publishers reject as unlawful or unsafe.

Except where the law or the seriousness of the breach requires immediate action, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. Orders already paid for and lawfully placed will still be delivered, or refunded if delivery is no longer possible. You can contest a suspension by writing to us.

22 — Privacy

Privacy Reference

How we handle your personal data — what we collect, how long we keep it, what we share with publishers, and the rights you can exercise — is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Two points worth repeating here: payment details are handled by third-party providers and never stored by Yanshur, and publishers receive only what they need to publish your article — never your billing information.

23 — Law

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Cairo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If you are a consumer resident in a country whose law gives you rights that cannot be set aside by contract, those rights are unaffected by this clause.

Before going to court, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most disputes turn out to be misunderstandings about an order, and they are settled faster by email than by litigation.

24 — Changes

Changes to Terms

We update these terms as the marketplace evolves. The date at the top of the page always shows the current version.

Minor clarifications take effect when published. Changes that materially affect your rights or obligations will be announced by email or on the site before they take effect. Orders already confirmed are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.

Continuing to use Yanshur after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the platform and contact us about any open orders.

25 — Contact

Contact Information

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it.
